Notes: Cecil provides accessible suppressive firepower from a minimal targetable profile. What this means is that he can put a large number of bullets across a battlefield at about knee-level without presenting himself as a significant target. He is not quite the caliber Tactical Automaton as Warren, but he carries his own internal nuclear power source, so does not require a Teslonic Transmitter.

Notes: Standing at exactly a single meter from the floor, Jiles seems only limited by his ability to reach the upper shelves. Despite this shortcoming, he is an excellent strategic organizer.
