Description: Mobile transmission burst relay and interception unit. Fully equipped to receive and send all wave based communications. Adept at bypassing firewall and EMP shield defenses. Dorsal mounted Wilkinson jamming projector. Internal 3rd generation free phase quantum energy wave distorter, capable of bending light around self and proximal objects. 

Notes: Edward is undoubtedly an essential asset within the delicate web of wave based communication between both ally and enemy. His power to acquire and alter transmissions is matched only by his ability to move unseen into even the most intricately defended positions. Of course, these qualifications are not without a price. The funds required to build Edward are roughly equivalent to those of building a small, albeit very expensive, army. Hence the growing popularity of Milton as a more economically feasible alternative to secure intelligence.
