Marty




Designation: Lima: Set 02, "Marty."

Type: Autonomous Support
Description: Bipedal movement. Biomimetic fully articulated joint structure. Shutter actuated expressive suggestion. Behaviorally enhanced for complex human interaction.   
Notes: Originally, Marty was a concept design for the MDS Mar.10 project by Gemma Shimizu. Shimzu kept the biomimetic chassis, but completely restructured the head and internal programming, feeling ultimately that Marty failed to fully manifest the human equivalent of an interactive personality. Although socially awkward among humans, Marty has found a place in human/robot conflict mediation.
