Notes: Edward is undoubtedly an essential asset within the delicate web of wave based communication between both ally and enemy. His power to acquire and alter transmissions is matched only by his ability to move unseen into even the most intricately defended positions. Of course, these qualifications are not without a price. The funds required to build Edward are roughly equivalent to those of building a small, albeit very expensive, army.
